Scott is a multifacted trainer with a vast knowledge in
cardio-conditioning, strength training, and plyometrics. His workouts
are some of the most challenging and versatile around. His background
in strength training, martial arts and track and field have given him
many fitness strengths that he incorporates into his programs. He is
NASM certified and holds a certification in Apex Nutritional Exercise.
